Coachmans Cottage comes ready for immediate comfort. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, so you arrive to a functioning home rather than an empty shell. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine—everything needed to cook proper meals rather than relying on takeaways. A washing machine sits in the utility room, and a heated towel rail keeps things practical. The living area has a Smart TV for quieter evenings, and there's a shower room with a cubicle and toilet just off the main space.

Upstairs, a mezzanine-style double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) overlooks the open-plan ground floor, creating a compact but characterful layout. Outside, the private terrace is the real draw: a two-person hot tub, barbecue, seating and garden furniture all yours alone. One car parks off-road on the property. If you're bringing a dog, it stays free and there's an external shower and washing machine for them (shared with other cottages on-site). The cottage sits at the edge of the New Forest National Park, making it a straightforward base for walking and cycling. No smoking inside.
