I have now stayed twice at this hotel. Both rooms were neat and tidy. I particularly liked the bed which was very comfortable . The other important feature was there was a separate bath and a shower cubicle., as I find getting out of the bath a bit of a challenge. The house keeping team did an excellent job keeping my room in order. I had both continental and cooked breakfasts during my time in the hotel. The selection of both hot and cold dishes was good. Michelle and her team did a good job taking care of me. The team of receptionists were welcoming and offered efficient service. Of particular note were Thary who was always friendly and Bruno who has a warm and charming personality. He gives the impression nothing is too much trouble. 2 memorable stays.

Not the greatest experience. We booked here as it had better reviews than premier inn at the actual airport. We received no notification about all roads that lead into the hotel were closed. We spent half an hour driving up and down following the diversions and it’s only when I actually stopped the car on a roundabout to ask the workman how to access the hotel. He said there is no access and he had to move all of the cones out of the way to let us through! No answer from reception when trying to call them when we couldn’t access the hotel, alerted them upon our arrival, laughed and said ohhh dear, yes roads close from 7pm to 6am the following morning, would have been great if they notified their guests! It will be fun getting out at 4.00am in the morning! Hairdryer was dreadful. I dry my hair in 10 mins with any other hairdryer., not this one, 45mins later. Tried to order a beverage to calm my frustrations, no answer from room service or any details in the room of how to contact reception or room service. Had to search the website. Had I not have showered and had nightwear on, I would have gone to the bar myself. Unfortunately poor service all round for us. Maybe we just got unlucky, who knows!!

Excellent staff cannot thank you guys enough we only stayed one night. amazing surprise how calm and clean this hotel is other brands in the area try harder guys Novotel showing you up . Honestly I would prefer to stay here the week rather than fly out. And those who leave bad reviews for tiny items I bet you were ejected from the Ritz for being too wingie . Bless ya.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Newcastle Airport with my wife and our dog. The hotel was very clean and neat throughout, which made us feel comfortable right away. It’s also very pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. The parking was convenient and hassle-free, making our trip even smoother. Overall, a wonderful experience, definitely a 10/10 stay and we would happily return❤️
