Porth is a working village that happens to sit on one of Cornwall's finest beaches, with the busier resort of Newquay just along the coast. Little Lookover stands a short stroll from the sand, a semi-detached cottage offering a private retreat for two. The single bedroom has a double bed; there is one bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living space includes a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, and a dining area that opens onto a small courtyard with garden furniture.
Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. There is parking for one car on site. The beach is genuinely close—a 15-yard walk gets you to the water—and the village has a pub 400 yards away serving local ales and food, its terrace right on the sand. Gwenna Teahouse is also nearby. Beyond Porth, the coastal path leads to Watergate Bay; Newquay's shops and restaurants are walkable; and Padstow, Truro, St Ives and Fowey are within easy reach.
Please note: no smoking indoors, and the property does not accommodate children.
