Almird Cottage

Almird Cottage works well for families or couples wanting a self-contained base on the Isle of Arran. It sleeps four across two bedrooms—one with a double bed upstairs, one with two singles on the ground floor—with a single bathroom and ensuite. The cottage sits in Lamlash village centre, a five-minute walk to the beach and within reach of shops, restaurants, a golf club and children's play park.

Downstairs holds the living room with an open fire, a kitchen-dining space with electric cooker, dishwasher and washer-dryer, and access to an enclosed garden with furniture and barbecue. Upstairs, the second bedroom opens onto the landing rather than having its own door. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; fuel for the fire can be bought locally. Private parking fits two cars. The cottage does not allow smoking.

One well-behaved pet is welcome to stay. Arrival is after 4pm, departure before 10am.
