Ard Cuan

Ard Cuan is a detached lodge on the Isle of Arran, a ten-minute drive from Blackwaterfoot. Everything happens on the ground floor: one large open-plan room contains the living area, dining space and kitchen, with French doors leading onto a private decked garden. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking, and there's a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. A double bedroom has its own ensuite shower; two further bedrooms hold twin beds and bunk beds respectively, plus a cot is available. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over. Essentials including heating, electricity, linen, towels and wifi are covered.

The setting is coastal, a mile from Blackwaterfoot beach and within walking distance of the village. The area suits families exploring Arran's west coast: sandy beaches, the golf club, a hotel with leisure facilities, and local shops are nearby. You can store bikes, golf clubs, canoes and surfboards outside. The property has parking for two cars. No smoking.
