Brodick's main amenities sit within easy reach of Fellview. The village shops, restaurants and pub are a quarter to three-quarters of a mile away on foot, and the beach is roughly a mile distant. The ferry terminal is also walkable, which matters if you're planning to explore further afield and want to leave your car behind.

This semi-detached house sleeps six across three bedrooms: a kingsize with an en-suite shower room, two single beds, and a bunk room for children. There are two bathrooms in total. Downstairs, a living room with a woodburner and patio doors opens onto an enclosed rear garden that overlooks fields. A dining room and kitchen with a full range of appliances (electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine) sit ready for self-catering. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, along with initial logs for the wood burner. One dog can stay free of charge. The property is no-smoking.

The garden has steps at the front and rear, so uneven terrain will need care. On-road parking is available. Arrival is after 5pm; departure before 10am.
