Springbank stands in Brodick, the largest village on the Isle of Arran, within walking distance of independent shops, cafés and restaurants. The house spreads across two floors: downstairs you have an open-plan living and dining room with a wood burner, a fully fitted kitchen, and one double bedroom with a bathroom that includes a bath and shower; upstairs there are two kingsize bedrooms sharing a shower room. The property sleeps six and comes as a whole house to yourself, with Wi-Fi, heating via an air source heat pump, bed linen and towels all provided. One dog is welcome.
Outside, there's a large back garden with seating and a private parking space for two cars. Brodick Castle and its country park lie just outside the village, offering woodland walks and formal gardens. Goat Fell, Arran's highest peak, is within reach for hikers wanting views across the island and toward the mainland. The beach is close by for easier walks, and golfers will find a course with sea views nearby. A short drive brings you to Lamlash, where you can arrange boat trips to Holy Isle, or sample local seafood restaurants.
