Hamilton Terrace is a traditional stone cottage on a quiet terrace in the heart of Lamlash, set back from the main road. Step inside and the bay windows of the ground-floor living room immediately draw your eye toward the water, framing views across Lamlash Bay and Holy Isle. The original features—fireplaces, built-in beds beneath the eaves—remain part of the space, giving the place its period character. Downstairs also holds the kitchen and a single bedroom; upstairs are two further bedrooms, one of which also catches the bay view.
The cottage sleeps four. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly: electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. There is parking for one car on site, a shared lawn, and a travel cot and highchair if needed. One of the first-floor bedrooms is furnished as a children's space. Note that the stairs are steep and spiral.
Lamlash sits where ferries depart for Holy Isle and boat tours launch from the bay. Within walking distance are shops, cafés, restaurants, a beach, children's play park and golf club. One dog is welcome. No smoking inside.
