Keneiland stands on the Isle of Arran's coastline with immediate access to the beach—literally a few steps from the front door. The whole detached bungalow is yours alone, sleeping eight across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on a single floor. One bedroom holds a king bed with an ensuite; two others have king beds (one also has a sofa bed), and there are two singles elsewhere. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered; logs for the woodburner are provided too.

The kitchen has a full range of appliances including a dishwasher and tumble dryer, with a dining area off it. The living room centres on a woodburner and opens to natural light; two bedrooms look across the water towards Holy Isle. You get a deep freestanding bath for longer soaks. Outside, the garden wraps around the property with seating areas and space for a barbecue. Private parking fits three cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking inside.

Lamlash itself sits at the bay's edge with walks available along the shore and into the island beyond. Lamlash Golf Club is nearby. Check-in is after 17:00 and checkout before 10:00.

Was welcomed on arrival, given advice on places to visit and places to eat. Apartment was very clean and well-maintained, no issues. Even came out to say goodbye to us. Beautiful historic house.

A excellent place to stay. Overlooking Lamlash Bay with Holy Isle in plain view. The owners very friendly and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. Definitely a place to stay again when on the Isle of Arran.

Just returned from a 5 day stay in the Eagle apartment. The view from the patio door just grabs you as you walk in the room and it’s just like it is in the photos. The apartment is well equipped, warm and lovely and clean. Lots of utensils and cooking pots in cupboards and even Delia’s cook books, so you could rustle up a tasty meal. There are some lovely places to eat in Lamlash as well! Environmentally friendly cleaning products and a brilliant vacuum cleaner are left for your use. There’s a sofa bed in the lounge area if needed. Bus stop back to the ferry just up from accomodation’s driveway. Any minor imperfections as discussed in other people’s reviews can easily be ignored as there are so many positives to this welcoming accommodation. Tip....take a torch or use your phone light as the driveway is dark at night. Thank you Ute, for a lovely stay, definitely will return. Ursula.
