Postbox Cottage

Postbox Cottage is a two-bedroom holiday cottage on the Isle of Arran, a short walk from the coast near Lochranza. The property comes with everything needed for a self-catering stay: underfloor heating and electricity, bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Downstairs there's a living room with Freesat Smart TV and DVD player, opening through French doors onto a patio. The first bedroom is a double; upstairs is a twin room. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails and showers. Parking for two cars is on site, and the enclosed garden includes a washing line.

The cottage sits on the quieter west side of Arran, where the coastline is accessible for walking, kayaking, windsurfing and swimming. The surrounding landscape supports golden eagles, buzzards, gannets and red squirrels, along with seals and otters in the bay. Walks into the north-end hills are within reach. Postbox Cottage does not permit smoking.
