Blackbird Cottage

King's Nympton Park sits deep in the North Devon countryside, far enough from the main tourist routes to feel genuinely remote, yet close enough to the A377 that Westward Ho! beach, Bideford and other local attractions are easily reached. Blackbird Cottage occupies this rural setting as a self-contained property sleeping four across two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room and heated towel rail.

The layout spreads across two levels. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor—one with a king-size bed, the other with two singles. A few steps down leads to the open-plan living space: a kitchen equipped for proper cooking (electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave), a dining area, and a sitting room with a wood burner and Freeview TV. Doors from both kitchen and living area open onto a large patio where garden furniture is provided. Wifi, electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included; parking for two cars is on site.

The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay. It suits families or small groups seeking a base for exploring the region, or simply a quiet retreat. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.
