Exmoor View

Exmoor and the North Devon coast are on your doorstep at Exmoor View. The cottage sits in Cheriton, a small hamlet positioned where you can walk straight onto the open moorland, and Lynton and Lynmouth are a short drive away with their shops, restaurants and the Victorian Cliff Railway. The Valley of Rocks, Countisbury Lighthouse, and the National Trust's Watersmeet estate are all within reach for a day out.

Inside, the layout centres on a generous living and dining room with French doors opening to a southerly patio, ideal for watching the sunset over the garden and fields beyond. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering—electric cooker, Rayburn, dishwasher, and full-sized appliances. Upstairs, three bedrooms each have their own ensuite: the first with a super kingsize bed, the second with a zip-and-link super kingsize (or two singles on request), and the third with a kingsize and a bath with shower. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if you need them. One dog is welcome and there is space for exercising them on the property. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with initial fuel for the open fire.

The moorland location means genuinely dark skies for stargazing at night. No smoking inside the cottage.
