Rivers run through wooded valleys toward the coast a few miles north; moorland above supports wild ponies, deer and birds including buzzards and merlins. Lynmouth village and its beach lie four miles away, with two pubs within three miles and various shops and cafés scattered through the area. The walking is substantial.
The annexe is all on ground floor: one open-plan room with a kingsize bed, kitchen with electric cooking, and a Smart TV; a shower room; plus a utility area housing the washing machine. Essentials like electricity, heating, linen and towels are covered, along with wifi. A small enclosed garden with seating faces the valley. One car parks on site. One dog travels free.
No smoking inside. The 13 entrance steps are wide but something to know about. The property has a natural water supply via borehole.
