Walk into 5 Ocean View and you're in a single-storey lodge where the living spaces open into one another—kitchen, dining area and sitting room flowing together under natural light, with views across Mullacott Park. Everything you need for self-catering is there: a proper kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, a six-seat dining table, and sofas facing a Freeview TV. The layout is straightforward and on the level throughout.

Three bedrooms sleep six: two doubles (one with its own shower room) and a twin, plus a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Bed linen and towels come as standard, along with Wi-Fi and heating. Outside, a deck and sitting area overlook the park, and two parking spaces are right by the lodge. One dog is welcome.

You're within the 31-acre Mullacott Park itself, which has a shop and laundrette, and The Depot restaurant is on site. Ilfracombe is close by—a working harbour town with coastal paths and beaches—and a bus stop outside the park serves Ilfracombe, Barnstaple and further afield. No smoking inside.
