The property was in a wonderful spot, quite close to Ilfracombe, but far enough away. We were welcomed into the house and the host was delightful. The room was very clean and well presented. Breakfast was very enjoyable. I thoroughly recommend this for a stay. It was a pity we were only there for one night.

This is a lovely get away and would definitely recommend Score Valley to those looking to visit Devon. It is within walking distance of Ilfracombe (a hill but we’re from a hilly place so used to that). It’s within driving distance from Barnstaple and is surrounded by gorgeous Devon countryside. The rooms are really lovely and have everything you need, beds are very comfy. Breakfast has a variety of cereals, yoghurt, toast and a full English. Staff are very friendly and make you feel at home, especially Leigh. Thank you for giving us a perfect Honeymoon ❤️

Great place to stay in Ilfracombe. Rooms clean and great breakfast. Lee and staff good host and team. Good location with buses and taxis if required. Lovely countryside valley location. Very relaxing stay. Thank you to you all.

Thank you to Donna and Paul for a lovely few days stay. This was our second time visiting Score Valley and we enjoyed it as much as the first visit. Donna is a fantastic host with a great sense of humour and full of great advice and tips of local places to visit. Paul makes an absolute delicious full English breakfast which is a great start to the day. The rooms were very clean and spacious, bed linen and towels were clean and fresh. There is a small fridge in the room and kettle for a cup of tea in the morning. The grounds are well kept and very peaceful. It was great that we could bring our little dog with us and they accommodate for the dogs needs too which was a great little touch. We have no hesitation in recommending Score Valley and we look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you Donna and Paul.
