Downstairs hold a double bedroom and a twin, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. The layout means you get views and light where it matters most, and outdoor space that catches the sun through the day.

The property sits within five acres of shared grounds that include a heated indoor pool, hot tub with Jacuzzi section, tennis court, children's play area, and barbecue facilities. You have your own parking, bike storage, and an electric car charging point. Inside, the open-plan living area has a kitchen equipped for real cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer—and a dining space that opens straight onto the terrace. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are all included. The cottage does not allow smoking.

North Devon village location puts you within walking distance of the town centre. The grounds have steps in places, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.
