Essentials including heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are covered, and the kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals rather than heating takeaways.

The property sits within shared grounds spanning five acres in a North Devon village. Guests get use of an indoor heated swimming pool with a Jacuzzi section, a hot tub, a tennis court and a children's play area.
