Woolacombe is roughly 4 miles away, Saunton Sands within similar reach, and the harbourfront itself—with its galleries, independent shops and restaurants—sits under 3 miles off. The South West Coast Path runs nearby for walking, and Exmoor National Park is 9 miles inland. Watermouth Castle and Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve are local options for a family day out.

Pine Lodge is a detached, single-storey property on a holiday park near Hele Valley. It has two bedrooms (a double with ensuite shower, and a twin), plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. The open-plan living space connects a sitting area with electric fire and smart TV to a fully equipped kitchen—oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave are all there—and a dining area that opens onto a decked patio with garden furniture. An enclosed garden sits to the rear. Parking for two cars comes on site. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi—are included. No smoking throughout.
