Seaside Retreat

Lynmouth sits where two rivers meet the sea, creating a working harbour surrounded by cafés, pubs and a shingle beach. The village nestles within Exmoor National Park, where moorland slopes down to dramatic cliffs and the coast path runs between rocky coves. A historic cliff railway connects Lynmouth to Lynton above, and walks from the village lead inland through wooded valleys or along the river to Watersmeet and beyond.

Seaside Retreat accommodates six guests across three bedrooms—one double and four singles—with a bathroom and shower room between them. Downstairs, the living space has a woodburner and opens onto a patio garden with seating. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an induction range, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is non-smoking.

This is somewhere to base yourself for coastal walks, exploring Exmoor's valleys and moorland, or simply sitting by the harbour. There is a pub within a mile of the property.
