Superb … both for quality & location. Lovely decorated double room with newly upgraded shower. Coffee & tea making with a fridge & toaster … ideal for breakfast. Although on the busy Exeter Road the rooms are in the quiet rear garden area & had its own outside seating. Short walk into the centre of Braunton with a massive choice of cafes & bars. Thanks for a great stay 👍 Would highly recommend…we’ll be back 😎😎

Stayed two nights. Lovely big room. We stayed room only basis but it had a little kitchenette, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Tea/coffee togetger with a selection of other teas. Fresh milk in the fridge. Basic crockery and cutlery for breakfast needs. Washing up liquid, cloth.

This place is just perfect! We visited for a couple of days to enjoy the surf, the beaches are 10 minutes away! We stayed in mint and copper room and both were excellent. This place offers such great value for money! Sarah is a lovely host and has everything organised. The location is perfect. I cannot rate this place highly enough. We will be back!

We were in The Copper Room. The bed was comfortable. The coffee machine was not the one in the picture and had no milk heater, so it didn't get used. There were old coffee pods in the machine and old water in the machine, so clearly not cleaned properly. The people in the next room found old milk in their coffee machine. No coffee pods provided so really a bit pointless (although I had taken my own). Not enough loo roll provided. The towels were very small, not much bigger than a large hand towel. I believe there was an outside light, but it didn't work. Adequate for a night or two, but could have been better. Bigger towels and a little better cleaning would help. We were there for a funeral, so not really a vacation.
