Apartment 6 at Chalet Holidays is a first-floor flat that opens into an expansive living space flooded with light. The open-plan layout brings kitchen, dining and lounge together, with the seaward side lined in glazing that frames Saunton Sands beyond. Three bedrooms are arranged around this central hub: a kingsize with ensuite bath, a double, and a twin, served by a further shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric cooking, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer all present. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the rental.

The apartment sleeps six comfortably and is yours alone for the duration of your stay. There is private parking for one car on site. The building sits on the cliffs above Saunton Sands, one of North Devon's principal beaches, a long sweep of sand that runs for miles. Grounds with garden furniture are shared with other properties in the small complex. One dog is welcome and stays free, though must be kept on a lead. No smoking is permitted inside.
