Wolds View is a single-storey cottage set in the hamlet of Potterhanworth Booths, where the landscape opens onto views across the Lincolnshire Wolds. The building's ground-floor layout keeps everything on one level, with the entrance reached via two steps. Inside, an open-plan living space combines the living and dining areas, with a kitchen equipped for self-catering and two bedrooms each with a double bed (4ft 6in). A shower room completes the accommodation.
The garden extends behind the property with sitting-out furniture and a private hot tub for four. Parking for two cars is available on site. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are provided. One small dog is welcome and stays free; it should be kept on a lead. The garden itself has two steps.
Lincoln lies a short drive away—the cathedral, castle walls and Bailgate's independent shops and cafés are all within reach for a day out. Closer by, Potterhanworth Wood offers woodland walks and birdwatching, while the surrounding countryside invites cycling and rambling through rural villages and past traditional pubs. No smoking is permitted in the property.
