Rolling farmland surrounds Hill Crest, a three-bedroom cottage where the landscape feels as much part of the place as the walls themselves. The property sits in North Kesteven's quieter reaches, positioned to take in countryside views from both the house and the hot tub—useful if you want to soak while watching the open fields. Lincoln lies twenty minutes' drive away; villages with pubs and shops are closer, about a mile and a half off. Woodhall Spa, known for its restaurants and golf centre, sits eleven miles south.

Inside, the ground floor opens into a single living space with a woodburner, smart TV and kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine all present. Bi-fold doors lead to the garden. Three bedrooms upstairs—one double, one super kingsize, one kingsize—each with its own shower room and heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included in the stay. The back garden has seating and a BBQ; parking takes four cars. One pet is welcome.

This works well for groups wanting space to spread out, families with young children (travel cot and highchair provided), or anyone after a proper retreat within reach of Lincolnshire's attractions. No smoking inside the property.
