Vella comes fully equipped for a self-catering break. The ground floor is open-plan, with a living area, kitchen, and access to a patio; both bedrooms upstairs have kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and heated towel rails. The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine, so you can cook as much or as little as you want. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There's parking for two cars on site, and the enclosed back garden has patio furniture and a barbecue. One dog stays free.
The cottage sits on a country lane at the edge of Dunston village, with a park nearby and rural views across open fields. The pub and restaurant are within walking distance; a shop is two miles away. Lincoln's cathedral and castle are eight miles off, and the Brayford Pool with its restaurants and river cruises is close by. Coningsby's Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Visitors Centre lies 18 miles away, while Skegness is under an hour's drive. Straight from the door there are good walking and cycling routes through the Lincolnshire Wolds, plus coarse fishing two miles away and nearby golf courses. No smoking indoors. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available if needed.
