High on the Norfolk coast, this five-bedroom house occupies a cliff-top position with views across the sea from its rear rooms. Sheringham spreads below, its beach and promenade within walking distance, along with the full range of a seaside town—shops, cafés, restaurants, a leisure pool and golf course. The Poppy Steam Railway runs along the coast from here towards Holt; Cromer and its crab boats are six miles east; further afield, the RSPB reserves at Saltmarsh and boat trips from Blakeney to see seals are easily reached.
The house stretches over three floors. Ground level has an open-plan living and dining space with a patio door onto the cliff-top garden, plus a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave. Five bedrooms are distributed across the first and second floors: two doubles, two single beds and two bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and one with a bath. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and bed linen are all covered; bring your own bath towels. One car can park on site. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.
The setting suits families wanting the beach, coast walkers, birdwatchers and anyone exploring Norfolk's villages and National Trust properties—Norwich and the Broads lie within 30 miles.
