Beach House opens into a ground-floor living space with a television and dining area, leading through to a kitchen equipped for cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer all there. A conservatory houses the washing machine. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a three-quarter double, and a third with both a pull-out single and a day bed. The single bathroom has a bath with shower over it. The whole property is yours alone, with parking on site for one car and additional spaces available on the road outside.
Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. One well-behaved pet can stay for free. The enclosed courtyard has garden furniture for sitting out. A Tesco Express is 100 yards away; a pub and restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is 800 yards off. Norwich town centre shops and services are a short walk, and the wider North Norfolk coast—beaches, marshes, quays—is easily reached by car or train from nearby Sheringham station. No smoking inside the property.

This is a wonderful place for a couple. View of the sunrise from bed! Beautiful bathtub, complete with candles and bath foam. Fantastic location in the middle of Cromer but very quiet. It really feels like being made welcome in someone’s home. Don’t miss the salt marshes and Holkham beach too.

Just stayed at this gorgeous home for 3 nights. It is decorated with an eclectic and friendly feel. There are enough rooms for you to never feel on top of each other and it's equipped with everything you'd need even down to herbs and spices. Loads of games for the garden (inc croquet, table tennis) and games indoors too. There are 2 fab Sonos speakers and a special little boat bar in one of the 2 living rooms. It has lovely little touches too like an always charged torch for the garden and blankets to use when there's a sea breeze. Great for large groups and not so large, it's right by a lovely beach too!
