The Wolery

The Wolery is a converted barn on the edge of a blackcurrant farm in North Norfolk. It has four bedrooms sleeping eight, one bathroom, and a private enclosed garden with sitting-out space. There are three steps at the entrance and three more leading to the garden. The property is yours alone—no other guests, just your group.

Downstairs you get a combined living and dining room with a Smart TV, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking with an Aga and electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. One bedroom contains a super kingsize bed, another a kingsize, a third has a three-quarter double (suitable for one adult), and upstairs the fourth bedroom has three single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a heated towel rail. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The property has oil central heating and an electric vehicle charging point; parking for three cars is on site.

Mundesley beach is a nine-minute drive away. Closer to home, footpaths start from the doorstep and lead through local woods and along the disused canal. Cromer and Sheringham, both traditional seaside towns with attractions and sandy beaches, are within reach. One dog stays free. Smoking is not permitted.
