Wheelwrights is a thoughtfully converted barn set in quiet countryside near Dilham, with a private hot tub and direct water access to the Norfolk Broads. The single bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite with walk-in shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living space contains a kitchen with electric oven, hob and dishwasher, a dining area, and a sitting room with a smart TV. A galleried mezzanine lounge on the first floor overlooks the surrounding fields and provides a second living space.

Everything essential is supplied: bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with a fridge, freezer and coffee machine alongside the cooking equipment. Air source underfloor heating keeps the barn warm, and an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture provides outdoor space. One dog is welcome. There is private parking for one car; additional spaces can be arranged if needed.

The location suits anyone wanting easy access to both the Broads and the Norfolk coast. Dilham Staithe is at the bottom of the drive, where you can launch a kayak or small dinghy, or fish in season. The coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham, Cley, Blakeney and Wells-next-the-Sea are all within reach for a day out. Wroxham, the main hub for Broads day-boat hire, is also nearby. Smoking is not permitted inside.
