Broad House

North Norfolk's Broads offer a particular kind of escape—water, sky, and a slow pace of life that feels a world away. Broad House sits within this landscape with direct access to two acres of woodland and grounds that include a lawned garden, patio and summer house. The property accommodates eight guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with a hot tub for eight positioned privately on site.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite. Two are kingsize with television; one occupies the first floor entirely and includes a roll-top bath and shower, while the other features French doors opening to a patio. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom complete the sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and all the essentials. A wood burner in the living room warms the ground floor (initial logs included), while electric heating covers the rest. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there's parking for four cars, bike storage, an electric car charging point, and a children's play area. One pet stays free.

The property is near both the Broads themselves and the coast. A stream runs through the garden ten yards from the house. No smoking inside.
