Iris Apartment is a ground-floor and first-floor space where you'll find a conservatory downstairs, then climb to an open-plan living area with a sitting room (Freeview TV, DVD player and films), dining space, bedroom and shower room with walk-in shower. The bedroom has a zip-and-link king bed that can be arranged as two singles on request. There's a patio with garden furniture, and access to a shared lawned garden. Private parking fits two cars, and essentials including Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered.
The apartment sits in a quiet rural setting reached via a rough track, surrounded by countryside ideal for walking and cycling. The Broads lie nearby with boat and canoe hire available locally; sandy beaches are a short drive away. Norwich, with its cathedral, museums and theatres, is easily reached by car. Shops and a pub are about 1¼ miles distant. The property draws its water from a borehole, and there is a pond in the owner's garden. No smoking inside.

The apartment was the ideal rural retreat for our holiday. It adjoins a picturesque rapeseed field that blossomed in stunning yellow colour when we visited, and we had lovely geese, ducks and munjacks visiting the garden. The house is very comfortable and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Peter and Anne are super friendly and amazing hosts. We even got a lovely welcome basket with a card, delicious cupcakes and fresh eggs. Tesco, pubs and beaches are all within easy reach.

Lovleyx cottage dog friendly.very relaxing holiday lots of wildlife deers pheasants wonderful to watch would recommend staying there .the people that own The cottage are very nice 👍
