Coastguard's Cottage suits families and larger groups wanting space to spread out by the Norfolk coast. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to eight guests across three floors, with a super kingsize bed on the ground floor and three further kingsize beds upstairs. One well-behaved pet stays free. The whole property is yours alone, with private parking for four cars and a wood-fired hot tub in the garden that seats eight.
The ground floor holds a dining room, a galley-style kitchen with a gas cooker and microwave for cooking proper meals, a conservatory, a shower room and that ground-floor bedroom. Upstairs, a living room with a woodburner and smart TV (Freeview and Netflix included) has windows on two sides looking out to sea, with mirrors on the third to frame the view wherever you sit. A family bathroom with a bath and shower sits alongside two more bedrooms. Bed linen, towels and wifi are provided; heating is gas central with wood for the stove and open fire already there when you arrive.
Wells-next-the-Sea is a working harbour town with independent shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is close by for all weathers—summer paddling or winter walks along the shore. No smoking is permitted in the property.

We have had the most amazing week at Coastguard Cottage! It truly is a home from home in our favourite place! The owners have done a wonderful job with their property and they are always on hand to help. The house keepers ensure top notch cleanliness! The garage with games room was an added bonus! A 5 min walk to either the town or the harbour and great road links to the beautiful surrounding areas. We cannot wait to return! George and family ❤️❤️

Myself and three friends (and two dogs) have just spent a week in Coastguard Cottage. We could not fault it. It was warm, comfortable, well-positioned and incredibly well equipped. We were able to cook meals there without the usual searching around for basic equipment and utensils. A lovely goody box was left for us with local produce and full information of things to do and where to eat, which we made good use of. All communication beforehand was friendly and useful. Would wholeheartedly recommend it.

A beautiful, well sized family cottage with lots of little extras to add to your stay. Our teenagers loved the games in the garage and the garden was a sun trap where we spent our evenings eating and drinking. The location is perfect in a quiet area of Wells, but only a short walk to all the lovely amenities Wells has to offer. A perfect family home for a holiday
