Dimmock Cottage

Dimmock Cottage suits families and small groups looking for a complete seaside base. Three bedrooms and a bathroom mean enough space to spread out—two rooms have zip-and-link beds that split into singles on request, and the third has bunks. A cot, highchair and stairgates are here for younger children. The whole place is yours alone, with off-street parking for one car and room for another on the road outside.

Downstairs is an open-plan living space with a kitchen that has an oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook proper meals or eat takeaway at the dining table. The living area has sofas, a 55-inch TV and an Xbox. Upstairs are the bedrooms and the single bathroom with a bath and shower. One dog stays free, and there's a welcome pack plus dog extras. Heating, electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included.

The back garden has furniture and a gas barbecue for summer eating. A two-minute walk reaches the beach itself—a stretch of sand that draws people from across Norfolk. Local restaurants, a pub, shops and a post office are within walking distance. The Norfolk Broads National Park is accessible for exploring further afield. No smoking inside the cottage.
