Stone’s Throw

Stone's Throw is a single-storey detached bungalow a short walk from the North Norfolk coast. Everything happens on the ground floor: three bedrooms (one kingsize, one double, one with two singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, living and dining space, and a conservatory that opens onto a large enclosed garden with patio and barbecue. The property sleeps six and is yours alone; one dog can stay at no extra cost.

Essentials are covered: mains heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking. There is parking for four cars on site. The bungalow sits at the back of a quiet residential street, away from through-traffic but within easy reach of the beach. No smoking inside.

This part of the Norfolk coast suits families and walkers equally. Bacton and Walcott have cafés, fish and chip shops, pubs and village shops. The Broads National Park is nearby for boat trips and wildlife. Younger children may enjoy BeWILDerwood adventure park; Bacton Woods offers walking and cycling for all ages. Three golf courses operate in the area. Horsey Beach, a few miles away, draws grey seals in late autumn and winter. Norwich, with its castle, cathedrals, museums and independent shops, is within reach for a day out.
