Sea Breeze

Sea Breeze is a single-storey bungalow where every room opens onto ground level, putting you steps away from the beach at Sandbanks. The property sits close enough to the sea wall that a garden gate leads directly onto the shore. Inside, French doors open from the living room onto a patio backed by lawn, and a wood-burning stove heats the space through colder months. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine for self-catering stays.

Three bedrooms sleep six: one double with an en-suite shower, and two rooms with two single beds each. A second bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included, plus initial fuel for the wood burner. Off-street parking fits two cars, and the enclosed garden provides outdoor space with furniture.

The North Norfolk coast offers sailing on the Broads, steam railway journeys between Sheringham and Holt, and Blickling Hall nearby. Great Yarmouth is within reach for traditional seaside attractions. A shop and pub are 400 yards away. The bungalow does not permit smoking. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
