Kelling Heath's 300 acres of woodland and heathland lie within walking distance, making it ideal for straightforward rambles and bike rides. The Georgian market town of Holt, known for independent shops and restaurants, is nearby. The North Norfolk coast itself—with salt marshes, beaches and working quays—is a short drive away, so you can easily reach different stretches throughout your stay.

High Trees is a single-storey property with everything on one level, sleeping up to six across three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. The main living spaces include a sitting room with Freesat, a second room with Freeview and a gaming table, a dining room, and a conservatory. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with gas and electric ovens, a dishwasher and the usual appliances. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; heating and hot water are covered too. Outside, there's a shingle garden at the front and a larger lawned garden behind with a patio, furniture, a barbecue and a summerhouse. The property has parking for two cars and welcomes one well-behaved pet at no extra cost. No smoking indoors.
