The Norfolk Coast Path runs within reach, Great Yarmouth's pier and funfair are a short drive away, and Cromer with its shops and restaurants sits 10 miles south. Norwich, 18 miles inland, has its castle and museums if the weather turns. Closer still, a shop and restaurant stand 50 yards from the door, and a pub 300 yards beyond that. Hollyhocks itself is a brick chalet on the ground floor only, arranged in one open plan: a living area with television and DVD player, a kitchen with electric cooker and full-sized fridge, and two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower; there is a separate toilet. Bed linen comes with the booking, and wifi is available daily.
Parking is on site. The property sits within shared grounds of two acres, with a garden and sitting-out area also shared. No smoking is permitted inside. This is a straightforward, compact space for a family or small group wanting the beach within walking distance and seaside attractions close by.
