Rothiemay

Rothiemay is a detached bungalow on a single storey, set back from a quiet lane in North Norfolk with direct access to walking and cycling routes. Everything you need is included: electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are all covered. The kitchen comes fully fitted with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, making self-catering straightforward for a group. A washing machine and utility room handle practical tasks, and there's a conservatory with French doors opening onto the garden.

Three bedrooms sleep six: the first has a double bed, the second two single beds on a zip-and-link frame, and the third has two further singles. Two bathrooms—one with a bath and shower, one with a walk-in cubicle—mean no queuing in the morning. The living room has a Freeview television, DVD and CD player, and an electric woodburner for cooler evenings. Outside, a lawned garden with seating and furniture provides space to sit; parking for two cars is on site. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

A large sandy beach lies within walking distance. Sheringham, Cromer and Mundesley are all close by, each with their own character—the Broads are five to fourteen miles away for boating, fishing and birdwatching. Shops and pubs are nearby but not on your doorstep. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking throughout.
