Leatherpool Place

Leatherpool Place is a five-bedroom detached house on the edge of Cley-next-the-Sea, sleeping up to ten guests across 3 bathrooms. The property sits on the quieter side of the village, set back from the coastal road with views towards the salt marshes and Cley windmill. A single small dog stays free; the enclosed garden includes a fenced water ditch roughly 25 yards from the house.

Ground floor rooms comprise a living room with woodburner and 40" TV, a second sitting room also with woodburner and Freesat, a kitchen-diner with electric range and bi-folding doors opening to the garden patio, plus a conservatory, utility room and bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are four further bedrooms: one with a zip-and-link super-kingsize (or two singles on request), and three with double or single beds. A family bathroom and separate toilet complete the first floor. The house comes with bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating included; initial logs for both wood burners are provided, along with a travel cot, highchair and stairgates if needed. The garden wraps around the property with lawn and patio space; the private hot tub sits on the patio and fits six people. Private parking is available for five cars. Smoking is not permitted inside.
