Manor Cottage

Manor Cottage is thoroughly equipped for self-catering, with a kitchen that includes a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The living area has a 42-inch TV with Sky and DVD, and heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. There's a wood burner with initial fuel provided, a travel cot and highchair available, and a welcome pack on arrival. One dog or cat stays free.

The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king-size, a double, and two singles. There's a bathroom with bath and shower. Outside, a small garden with patio and seating area has a barbecue, and you can park two cars on site. Smoking is not permitted. The location is in countryside roughly five minutes from Wells-next-the-Sea, with the shingle beaches and salt marshes of Stiffkey within reach, along with Blakeney's seal trips and crabbing spots, and the larger resorts of Sheringham and Cromer nearby.
