Sandbank is a ground-floor caravan positioned directly above Bacton Beach, with decking that overlooks the Norfolk coast. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms: one double and two singles. There is one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet ensuite off the main bedroom. Everything sits on one level, accessed by three steps from the garden.

The open-plan living space contains a kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and air fryer, plus a wood-burning stove and French doors opening onto the decking where you can eat and watch the sea. A washing machine is provided for longer stays. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; heating runs on gas and LPG. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The property has private parking for two cars and a courtyard with garden furniture.

The immediate setting is practical: a fish and chip shop and convenience store are within walking distance. The wider Norfolk coast—its nature reserves, beaches and inland waterways—lies within short driving range. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
