Sleepy Willow

Sleepy Willow is a single-storey detached property in Little Snoring, sleeping up to six across three bedrooms: a double with ensuite, a kingsize, and two singles. The second bathroom serves the rest of the house. Everything you need for a self-catering stay is built in—a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine; heating and hot water; bed linen and towels; and wifi throughout. A highchair and welcome pack are provided for families.

The layout keeps living spaces on the ground floor. A 50-inch television in the lounge and another in the dining room overlook the enclosed garden through French doors, which opens onto a patio with furniture for sitting out. Parking for four cars is on site, and there is storage for bikes. One well-behaved pet stays free.

Wells-next-the-Sea is 15 minutes away, with its quay, narrow gauge railway to the beach, and independent shops and restaurants. Holt high street, the Thursford Collection, and the Norfolk Broads gateway are all nearby. No smoking inside the property.
