Sheringham's Blue Flag beach is a minute's walk away, and the town centre shops and restaurants are just as close. This renovated fisherman's cottage sits on the seafront with unobstructed views across the water. The ground floor holds a kitchen with a full range of appliances, a separate dining area, and a living room with an electric woodburner. Upstairs are three bedrooms—a king, a double, and a bunk room—and a bathroom with a shower over the bath, plus a separate toilet. A second living room on the top floor has a futon bed. Outside, an enclosed front terrace is furnished with garden chairs and tables; parking is on the road directly in front, with a public car park 100 yards away.
The cottage sleeps six and comes with Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and heating included. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property is non-smoking. Summer means mornings on the sand and evening meals on the terrace; winter brings dramatic cliff-top walks and the sound of waves against the windows. Either way, you're stepping from your door straight on to the beach.

Absolutely loved staying at Stones Throw Cottage. Generous size for a family of four with excellent amenities. There were many things we brought with us (windbreak, beach trolley, night lights) that we didn't need because it was all provided. Really happy that the price includes bedding and bath towels too as reduces packing and is so nice not to arrive and have to make beds! Kate was very helpful and the cottage is really nicely decorated. My children loved the cottage and being so close to the park and beach. Would definitely recommend.

This was our third time staying at the cottage and as usual everything was perfect. The cottage itself is beautiful and is so well equipped - a perfect home from home. Kate is a wonderful host and is always on hand should you need anything. Mundesley is a stunning seaside village with a beautiful sandy beach, a wonderful park for kids and lots of local amenities and places to eat and drink. We will definitely be returning next year! 😊

We had such a lovely break at Stones Throw Cottage. It is in a great location, near the local park, beach and shops. The cottage is really well equipped. My son absolutely loved the child’s bedroom complete with books and toys. We’ll be back!

Fantastic cottage - very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a week's stay with kids. Close to a large play area and the beach. And a great base for exploring the Norfolk coast. Kate provided lots of information before our stay and has filled the cottage with lots of bits for the kids (games, books, toys and dvds). Great hosts all round. Would highly recommend!
