Cliff Cottage

Cliff Cottage comes fully equipped for self-catering: the kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine, while the lounge includes a wood burner and Sky TV. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; initial fuel for the wood burner is provided. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms—a double and two singles—each with its own en-suite shower room and heated towel rail.

The cottage sits in Cromer, steps from the seafront and within walking distance of independent shops, cafés and restaurants. The enclosed rear garden has patio furniture and catches the sun, opening from the dining room via French doors. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Parking is on road; a travel cot is available on request. The property is non-smoking.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms mean families or two couples can have ensuite privacy, while the self-contained layout gives everyone their own space. The location trades proximity to the beach against the peace of a cottage set back from the road. Cromer's coastal paths and nearby National Trust estates offer plenty to explore beyond the immediate seafront.
