Fantastic stay, the location itself is so quiet and peaceful. The Holly Cabin was extremely clean. Joanne went above and beyond to decorate as a last minute surprise for my husbands birthday. Could not recommend enough, we have decided to return next year.

Would not recommend staying here at all. We booked rose cottage and it certainly does not have any kind of luxury feel despite its incredibly high prices and advertisement. We had been informed our hot tub had been checked before our arrival and it was ready to use but it was 20 degrees with a fault that was 18 days old when we checked in. The hot tub would not heat up and we had to use next doors which meant walking around in 2 degrees heat in the cold. The cottage overall was not very clean we had to wash all plates before use and there was a blanket on the bed that stunk of dogs. There is no parking next to this cottage as advised. You have to park next door which is actually outside of the security barrier. There were white stains (I will leave to your imagination on the sofas). The pictures on the advert with lovely fairy lights again is not the hot tub on this cottage so very misleading. The shower is incredibly small in the cottage we are not the largest of people and struggled so if you are a bigger person you may struggle to even shower! The cottage is right by the entrance and the barrier by the bedroom window so don’t expect a nice peaceful nights sleep! All issues were raised and not even a single apology. Do not book here, go and spend your money elsewhere!!

Willow Cottage is a lovely, spacious and warm place to stay with our pooches. Dog blankets were provided and we brought our own too. The cottage itself is simple/basic - it has most of the amenities you would need (could do with a few more cooking utensils and appliances) The hot tub is fantastic and private. Check in was also really easy and the parking is right next to the cottage. The blinds in the bedroom are thin which meant light from outdoor came in to early so need a curtain. A mop and or matts would have also been handy as it was difficult to keep the kitchen dry when coming in and out from the hot tub and somewhere to hang wet swimming stuff and towels. The shower is very powerful and spacious. Fluffy white towels and bedding. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely like to return! The owners were very pleasant and helpful.

Fabulous stay, we stayed in the Elder cabin and it was a little home away from home. It had everything we needed and a was so clean and tidy. The hot tub was lovely and clean and the outside was very secure for our dog. Fantastic communication from the host. Would 100% book again. Thank you for a fantastic stay !!
