Bickley School Annexe is a detached, single-storey holiday property built from a former school building. It sits within woodland on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, a few miles from Dalby Forest. Everything is on the ground floor: two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a shower room, and a combined living and kitchen area. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. There's a Freeview TV and CD player in the living room for quieter evenings.

Outside, there's an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue, plus parking for two cars and a bike store. An external utility room (shared with the main house) has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the heating is oil central. The property sleeps 4 and does accept one pet. No smoking indoors.

The location suits walkers and cyclists. Dalby Forest is minutes away with its network of trails and the scenic drive through the forest itself. Whitby is 20 miles north, Scarborough 10 miles east—both have beaches. York is within reach for a day out, as is Flamingo Land to the south. Pubs are 5 miles away; shops and other amenities are 8 miles distant.
