There is a high degree of privacy, the owners do live onsite and a studio barn unit is located across the orchard. The property is rural and approached via narrow country roads and a 750m stone surfaced track. It may be an unsuitable access for abnormally low clearance cars. Mobile phone signal and Sat Nav are patchy in the area. Most phones can connect to WiFi calling whilst at the property.
