Borough Beck Cottage

Borough Beck Cottage comes ready for a self-catering stay, with essentials like bed linen, towels and wi-fi covered. The kitchen is fitted with a range, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, so you can cook properly rather than making do. Heating and hot water are included. If you're bringing a young child, a travel cot and highchair are available to request. There's a woodburner in the living room to warm things up on cooler evenings.

The cottage spreads across two floors. Downstairs has the living room with a smart TV, the kitchen-dining room that opens onto the garden, a utility room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms—two doubles and a single—plus a shower room with a walk-in shower. The enclosed garden has two patio areas on different levels; one comes with an electric awning, the other with a table, chairs and parasol. Parking is on the road outside.

Helmsley is a market town within reach of the North York Moors, and a pub sits within a mile. One dog can stay free. The property is non-smoking, and there are three steps down into the garden. Five guests maximum.
