Whitby's clifftop setting and proximity to the North Yorkshire coast make it a natural draw for families wanting to explore beaches, rock pools and the surrounding moorland. Carmel is a semi-detached house that sits within this seaside town, redesigned across three levels to accommodate groups of up to ten. The property is yours alone, with parking for two cars and an enclosed garden complete with patio, summerhouse and barbecue.

The sleeping arrangement spans four bedrooms: a kingsize on the first floor with its own shower room; a double also upstairs; two further bedrooms with single beds each (one on the ground floor, one on the first); and a sofa bed in the second living room, should you need extra capacity. Three bathrooms serve the property—one en-suite, one on the ground floor and a family bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower. The ground floor opens onto the kitchen and dining area, with French doors leading to the garden. A woodburner, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi come as standard; logs are included. One small dog can stay free of charge, and the house provides a travel cot, highchair and stairgate if needed. Note that smoking is not permitted, and the property is not suitable for hen or stag celebrations.
