Millers’ Haven

Whitby's position on the Yorkshire coast makes it a natural base for exploring both the seaside and the North York Moors inland. Millers' Haven sits on the second floor of Union Mill, a converted complex in the heart of town. The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms—one double, one with two singles—and has a single bathroom with bath and shower. An open-plan living and dining space opens onto a balcony with views across the rooftops towards the Abbey and St Mary's Church.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. You'll find bed linen, towels, wifi and heating all included. The building uses air source heat pump underfloor heating throughout. There's lift access to the apartment, and a permit for nearby car park parking comes with your stay; on-street parking is also available. Smoking is not permitted inside.

A five-minute walk reaches either the seafront or Whitby's main streets, where cafés, restaurants and shops cluster around the harbour. The leisure centre, 200 yards away, has a pool and classes. The North York Moors and their villages are within easy reach for day trips. A cot and highchair can be arranged on request.
