A Victorian terraced cottage on Cliff Street that's been thoroughly updated for modern comfort, Driftwood Cottage sits on Whitby's west side with the harbour within view. The interior flows from a dining room through to a sitting room with French doors opening onto a private enclosed terrace—the kind of space that makes you reluctant to venture out, though the town's pubs and shops are an easy walk away. One twin bedroom is on the lower ground floor; upstairs is a compact king-size room. A single bathroom serves both. The coast lies less than a mile off.
The cottage sleeps four and comes with essentials covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking throughout. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.

Flat has everything you need for a stay in Whitby. It is small but has plenty of space for 2. Only bad thing for me was the parking, was ok dropping stuff off but finding a parking space was hard, but wouldn't put me off staying there again.

Great wee cottage, everything you need for your stay. Good location a few minutes walk from a couple of pubs and The Endeavour that are all dog friendly. A bit hard to find, and parking nearby can be an issue, but would definitely recommend staying here.

A very modern cottage furnished and decorated to a high standard. It was very well equipped with a comfortable bed and great shower. Free parking outside was a bonas.Will definitely book again!

What lovely accommodation that exceeded our expectations! Spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, well equipped, and comfortable. Really quiet location although just a few minutes walk along the harbour from the centre of Whitby, past the fabulous Endeavour pub! The biscuits, milk and chocolate egg were a lovely touch - thank you. We cannot wait to return again soon! Richard and Lynn
